Teaching

I am a qualified architect as well as an architectural historian, and I teach on both studio- and lecture-based modules.

I am currently responsible for the dissertation module in the final year of the MArch (ARCH521) and was for many years a studio lead in the BA2, where I continue to teach design.

I previously led the research methodology module ARCH480 and the project report module ARCH583, both in the MArch, as well as the first- and second-year history modules ARCH171 and ARCH271 in the BA. I also taught studio and convened the research methodology module in the MA.

As the Director of Studies, I oversee all teaching in the BA Programme.
