The city is on the North-West coast of England, close to Wales and its rugged coastline, and with easy travel to London, Manchester and Edinburgh, as well as Dublin and Belfast.
Liverpool has more museums, galleries and listed buildings that any other city in the UK outside of London, so outside of your academic programme you’ll have plenty to do and see!
Not to mention that Liverpool is regularly named one of the friendliest cities in the UK.
3, or even 6 weeks is never going to be long enough to explore all that Liverpool and the UK has to offer, so we work hard to create a social programme that introduces you to the best of the city, takes you deeper into local culture, and gives you the freedom to enjoy and express yourself however you choose.
Included in your tuition fee are welcome meals, a weekend trip outside of Liverpool as well as some activities and social events during the week to encourage you to socialise outside of the classroom. From day one you will have access to a responsive team who are on hand to recommend a restaurant, bar or gallery, or to assist with any welfare issues you might have.
You'll do a lot of exploring independently, so we've put together some ideas below and look forward to hearing your own suggestions of things to add!
