Academic timetable
The semester one academic timetable for 2024/25 will be released to all students on the Timetables App and the Timetable Portal on Tuesday, 10 September.
This is a slight delay to our original expected release date as a result of some unscheduled changes to the timetable following a building maintenance issue in one of our large lecture theatres.
We know how important early access to timetables is for our students. Thank you for your patience whist our timetabling team work to relocate activities across campus to accommodate the move.

Exam timetable
The next exam period will be the 24/25 Semester One Assessment Period, which will occur between January 6th and 25th, 2025 (excluding weekends).
Timetabling Intranet
You can access the timetabling intranet by visiting https://www.liverpool.ac.uk/intranet/timetabling/.
Academic Timetable Change Requests (STAFF ONLY)
If a staff member wishes to request a change to the published 24/25 Semester One Timetable, they must submit a Timetabling: Late Change Request Form [2024/25] (office.com).
Please note that late changes submitted by staff (changes submitted beyond the deadline date) can be subject to review/approval by Level 2 Head.
Students with Timetable queries should not complete this form and must contact the relevant School-Based Timetabling Contacts
