We offer a unique mix of modern conference facilities in peaceful and inspiring surroundings.
- Our light and airy Hulme Room enjoys panoramic views across the Gardens, a decking area and has a wide choice of layout options including theatre style, cabaret and boardroom. This space can also be used as a break-out room or private dining room, seating up to 90 delegates.
- Adjacent to The Hulme Room is the Lecture Theatre which seats up to 130 people.
- We also have a Conference Room that seats up to 16 (boardroom style) and our Bulley Room which is ideal as a break-out or group room for 20 people.
Delegates have free access to the 64 acres of Gardens for breaks, break-out sessions or simply for some inspiring thinking space. All this - and our ample free parking - makes business meetings at Ness not only productive and memorable, but highly enjoyable too.

We can't speak too highly of Susannah and her team. The food was superb and she even arranged a lovely sunny afternoon in spite of a very doubtful weather forecast! Everyone enjoyed themselves and some have said they would seriously consider Ness Gardens as a venue for their own events.
