Brian Vera is a Lecturer of International Business at the University of Liverpool, UK. He recently earned his PhD in Business and Management from the University of Manchester. Brian's current research interests lie at the crossroads of international business, management, and organizational theory, with an emphasis on unravelling processes through which policies materialize into tangible operational practices. His previous research examined how multinational enterprises integrate human rights due diligence policies into their global practices. More recently, Brian has delved into the exploration of qualitative comparative analysis (QCA) as a tool for navigating complexities in novel social and organisational phenomenon.
