Bertie & Bella's grand opening
On Monday the 16th September we opened the doors to our new venue Bertie & Bella's. The grand opening was carried out by Dr Paul Redmond, Director of Student Experience and Enhancement. The opening day was a great success with lots of delicious food to sample, and representatives from Crosby Coffee providing free coffee to all.
Bertie & Bella's is a café and restaurant combined.
You can order from the bar and sit in the relaxed comfortable seating of the café area.
Or you can take a seat in the restaurant and wait for our wonderful staff to come and take your order at the table.
We also offer a takeaway service for people on the go.
The menu has a street food vibe with a range of fancy burgers, eastern delights, fresh from the grill, poke bowls, wings and sides.
The café serves a selection of naughty cakes and our locally brewed Crosby Coffee and a small range of alcoholic drinks.
