Looking at the fantastic response to this crisis to many charities across the UK, I noted that many were working collaboratively with local partners and the community. I was reminded of the collaborative experience I had gained when I was hired I was hired to recruit, manage and co-ordinate the volunteers programme for Africa Oye 2019.

Free Development Programme from Santander Universities

To celebrate 25 years of Santander UK Universities they've launched two skills development programmes aimed at students or graduates looking to enhance their professional careers.

The Digital Business programme, in collaboration with University of Chicago, allows successful applicants to train in new technologies and management models. On this programme, you can choose from one of four courses that focus on Fintech, Data Science, Digital Marketing or managing teams.

The Emerging Technologies programme, in collaboration with MIT Professional Education, offers 400 scholarships geared at courses related to in-demand technologies such as blockchain, AI, and cyber-security. Most courses available do not require prior knowledge of technological or digital functions. All successful participants will receive an accreditation certificate from MIT Professional Education.
