Eiman joined EY in 2018 after her graduation. Since then, she has had a large impact in her role. She has worked on a number of high-profile engagements with some of EYs largest global clients and has been recognised as an outstanding high-performer and a rising star in the technology space.
She has a passion for diversity, equality and inclusion. She is co-chair of the EY Muslim Community, where she leads more than 1000 global staff members to build an environment where they can feel safe. She regularly speaks in public about her work and is a mentor for other members across the UK. She is also a part of the EY Women in Technology Network leadership team, working to advance gender equality across the sector.
In 2022, she was recognised as one of the UKs Top 10 Most Influential Muslims in Technology, adding to her previous awards such as the WeAreTheCity and EY Rising Star Award.
